This unit has been pressure tested for leaks, alarms are tested & oxygen percentage checked. All internal filters are replaced. With the optional OCI indicator, you can rest assured that you are getting the proper concentration of oxygen. 

It features (3) LED's on the front panel: Green indicates normal operation, Yellow indicates the concentration has dropped between 70% - 85%, Red indicates the concentration has dropped below 70% & the unit will shut down. Here's the specs:
